What is Innovation?

One method (Marshmellow test) to practise innovation we did last thursday (09/25/2014) in our LeanInno workshop.

For carrying out this test you only need some spaghettis (roughly 20), one meter of sticky tape, one marshmallow and 18 minutes time.

A great test to learn how to find quick solutions under time pressure!
